Individual Arts Therapy involves working one-on-one with an arts therapist. These sessions are tailored to an individuals needs and interests. Within these sessions, people may have the freedom to explore feelings / thoughts in a deeper way.

Group Arts Therapy involves engaging in arts making and exploration within a group environment. These sessions may involve a grounding or orientating exercise, brief psycho-education, arts-making, and small group discussion. These sessions may offer collective care and community.

Personalised Wellbeing Programs are offered to suit the context of each business / community group. Arts therapy can be used for wellbeing and mental health through Mindfulness and Team Building. It can also be used as a modality for exploring topics in a new way. For instance: Exploring Safety, Exploring Values, Navigating Relationships or Disagreements.
