A Weekly In-Person Arts Enquiry Program
for women & non-binary folk.
Each session will include a grounding exercise,
arts-making, and reflective practice
using Creative Arts Therapy techniques.
Payments are accepted via Direct Debit.

Once off Workshop
We offer a series of 2 Hour Online Arts Therapy sessions. Each workshop activity is different. These are offered once a month and available to those aged 18+.
